Shopiwebs Book (shopiwebsbook.com) is a booking platform operated by Shopiwebs Import Ltd. Independent service businesses — spas, salons, trainers, tutors, and others — use it to take appointments online. When you consent, Shopiwebs Book sends you text messages about those appointments on behalf of the business you booked with. Messages come from +1 833 610 5496.
You opt in yourself, by ticking the SMS consent box when you confirm a booking. The box is never ticked for you, and you can complete a booking without it. Your consent covers appointment messages for every business you book with through Shopiwebs Book, which matches how stopping works: replying STOP stops all of them, not one business's.
Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and payment notices such as a deposit request or a receipt. Every message relates to an appointment you booked yourself. We do not send marketing or promotional messages from this number.
Message frequency varies with your bookings. A single appointment usually means a confirmation, one reminder, and a payment notice if the business you booked with takes deposits. Book more often and you receive more messages; book nothing and you receive none.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Shopiwebs Book does not charge you for these messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop all appointment text messages. In French, ARRÊT works the same way. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can also turn text messages off at any time from the bookings page of your account. Stopping text messages does not cancel your appointments — we continue to email you about them.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and cannot be guaranteed.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it.
If these terms change, the effective date above will be updated.
