01
No double-booked staff
Every booking checks that specific staff member's real availability. Two clients can never hold the same person at the same time.
02
Three ways to get paid
Charge in full, hold a deposit on the card, or collect on site. You choose, service by service.
03
Bilingual from the start
Your booking page, emails and reminders exist in English and French from day one.
04
No passwords to forget
You and your team sign in with a link sent to your email. Nothing to reset, nothing to leak.
05
Your money, your account
Payments go straight into your own Stripe account. We never hold your revenue.
06
A calendar invite, not just an email
Every confirmed booking sends an invite, so the appointment lands in your client's calendar instead of their inbox.

The card is held. It is not charged.
This is the part clients most often misread, so here is exactly what happens to their card.
Charged so far
$0.00
Deposit set at $40.00
They pick a service, a staff member and a time on your booking page.
Charged so far
$0.00
$40.00 held, still in their account
Stripe places a hold for the deposit amount. The money stays in the client's account.
Charged if no-show
$40.00
$0.00 if they attend — hold released
If the client attends, the hold is released. If you confirm a no-show, the deposit is captured.
What the client sees
A pending line on their statement while the hold is in place — never a completed charge. Most banks clear it within seven days of release.
Frequently asked
What people ask before they start
No. The deposit is only a hold until you confirm a no-show. If the client attends, or you cancel, the hold is released and nothing is taken.
